Did You Choose Your Cleansing Level?

Make sure you have already chosen a cleansing level as mentioned in the earlier post ==> 7 Day Rainbow Cleanse – How to Prepare.  You have three choices, so choose the level which works best for you.

Level 1: Smoothies for breakfast
Level 2: Raw vegetables and fruits for one or all of your meals and snacks
Level 3: Or perhaps choose to juice for the entire 7 days!

(This cleanse is going to be so much fun that you won’t even realize you are detoxifying!)

I am looking forward to what is going to take place during this cleanse – body, soul, & spirit and I am sure you are too! Why even Oprah has some good stuff to say about “Eat the Rainbow” and gives a great rainbow foods list too! (But I wouldn’t take her advice on eating as much canned tomatoes and ketchup as you like! Just because it’s red doesn’t mean it’s good for you!)
